The 66th International Symposium and Exhibition of the American Vacuum Society will take place October 20-25, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio. More than 2,000 scientists and engineers from around the world will address cutting-edge issues associated with materials, processing, and interfaces in the research and manufacturing communities.

200 companies will participate in the equipment exhibition and show tools and equipment for surface, interface and thin-film measurements. Among the exhibiting companies is k-Space, a worldwide supplier of tools for monitoring nearly all thin-film deposition processes, including thin-film temperature.

The Symposium fosters a multidisciplinary environment, featuring papers from AVS technical divisions, technology groups, and focus topics on emerging technologies.
